I prefer wine for most dates, champagne is a little bit over the top. The only exception for champagne is if you have a room full of lit candles and soft music in the background and you are doing a whole romantic thing. Which does tend to work quite well with women 25+ who are starved from romance.

So what champagne should you use?

Should you buy an expensive bottle of champagne for $100? A mid range one for $50? How about a cheap one for $20?

Uh. No. You shouldn’t.

Why?

Because most women do not drink enough champagne to really appreciate the process of it.

What do I mean by that?

If you are a very experienced wine taster who goes to all types of wine events and you understand what a good wine is… you will appreciate a GOOD bottle of wine, maybe $50, maybe $100.

But most people cannot blindly sip a bottle of wine and even tell the difference between a Cabernet Sauvignon or a Pinot Noir.

They simply do not have the palate trained enough for it because they lack the experience.

For example, to me a good Cabarnet sauvignon will be lightly oaked with a coconut/vanilla tone in the background.. it will have black currants, berries, maybe dark cherries and some pepper.

A Pinot Noir will be more cinnamon like, more minty, maybe some roses and lighter summer fruits like strawberries and raspberries underneath the base.

I am not a wine expert but I have been raised on a vineyard and I can tell the difference between a low quality cab sauv and a mid range quality cab sauv and a high quality cab sauv.

BUT MOST WOMEN CAN’T.

They don’t know what a good cab sauv is supposed to taste like.

The majority of women GO BY SWEETNESS.

The sweeter a wine is, the better they think it is. (To an extent – overly sweet wines can be disgusting if the sugar content is a 5 or higher).

SUGAR SCALE:

There’s a sugar scale that’s on the back on most wine bottles. This is basically a ‘for dummys’ guide to how to pick sweet wines.

If the wine says dry, forget about it.

Dry wines are very pleasurable, but only to those who have a developed palate. Most people won’t like them.

If a wine says 1 = it is mostly dry
A 2 = is still quite dry
A 3 is balance, not too dry or too sweet
A 4 is slightly sweet
A 5 is very sweet.

So I recommend you read the label on the wine and pick something with a sugar content of 4 or so. That will work just fine for most women who aren’t wine connoisseurs.

RED OR WHITE?

The answer is, if the girl isn’t a wine connoisseur, it’s probably best to pick a White Zinfandel or a White Merlot (both of them are rose’s).

To the wine connoisseurs, these wines are disgusting. Makes them want to curl their tongue and throw up.

But to most women who are trying hard to be sophisticated and drink wine, find wines to be nice, sweet and very flavorful.

Now, if the girl you are going out with is a regular wine drinker, you need to ask her what types of wines she likes.

If she’s into reds, obviously buy a bottle of red:

REDS:

It’s common knowledge that reds go well with steak, burgers, stews, tomato soups, etc. And that also white wines go well with fish, chicken or white pasta like alfredo. Whites also go well with cheeses and nuts if you are having only appetizers.

But what kind of red?

Let’s say she is a big wine drinker. You should ask her what she likes in her red wines.

Does she likes acidity? Sweetness? Does she like a zingy taste, a lot of fruits? How about floral or not?

Alternatively you can always ask her for what kind of blend she prefers.

If a woman tells you she likes ROSE’s, she is 99% most likely not a wine person so just buy any cheap rose with a sugar content of 4 or so.

Now, the reds…

Very acidic reds:
- Beaujolais – also floral, young, crisp, clean
- Pinot noir – fruity, light at first and then zingy
- Sangiovese – they are spicy, smooth and full bodied

Bitter Reds:
- Cab Sauvignon – darker, black currants, peppery
- Merlot – dry and rich, the good ones will have a thick body
- Red Zinfandel – this one is very solid and it leans for fruity with spices in it, but slightly bitter end

What if she tells you she just likes reds?

Well, if you are having steak – bring a Shiraz. Any Australian one will do in the $15 range.

If you are just casually drinking wine or having pizza with it, bring a Californian Cabarnet Sauvignon. I have two good recommendations for you: Rodney Strong’s Cab Sauv and Liberty School’s Cab Sauv. Both of them are in the $15 price ranges.

Reds should be AIRATED (you need to let them oxidize). You need to get air into the wine in order to open up the flavours or it will taste like total crap right out of the bottle. You can do this two ways, a decanter (it needs to sit in it for like 2 damn hours though) or an aerator.

You can find a “Vinturi Airator” for about $30. Best investment ever. It can make a total shitty wine taste like heaven.

Red wines should also be served at 15 to 18 degrees. That means cooler than room temperature but not cold.

WHITE WINES:

Just like reds, these come in a few varieties.

The most popular are:

- Chardonnays – usually oaky, vanilla, leathery, petrol, slides down your throat and feels thick in your mouth – these can be sweet or not, depends on the vineyard

- Rieslings – crisp, acidic, clean, sharp, BUT sweet. Especially the German Rieslings will be quite sweet. They are my favorite wines.

- Pinot Gris – plain, acidic, floral, clean – the italian ones taste really plain and boring. Find one from ALSACE and you will discover a totally different wine.

- Muscat D’Asti – a very sweet grape varietal, very fruity and flavourful – really enjoyable and cheap TOO! You can find some bottles for $12-15 that are very tasty.

- Gewurztraminer – one of my favourites as well. Also german like the rieslings. Also like the rieslings, they can be sweet, but are very floral, very aromatic. They are probably the nicest smelling grapes, they smell like spring in a glass.

Whites need to be chilled a lot more than reds. The ideal serving temperature will be under 10 degrees. Ideally between 6 to 8 degrees.

You do not need to aerate white wines, but if you have a vinturi aerator, you might as well. It does enhance the flavor slightly.

Secret Tips From Me:

What are some of the secret buys out there?

Well I have spoken about some of them here already. Let me list them up though:

Champagne - I definately recommend “Martini D’Asti” at $12-13 a bottle depending on your state. It is a very sweet white champagne that tastes very floral. Most women will love it.

White Wines – Any German Riesling in the $15 range will be good. Also Pinot Gris from Alsace are very good as well. Any Chardonnay from the Napa Valley, California will be decent and drinkable.

Red Wines – For Cab Sauvignon, the two best wineries will be Liberty School and Rodney Strong. In fact, Rodney Strong’s special collection Cab Sauv has gotten scores of 96-97. (Those scores are amazingly high).

Joseph Phelps also makes a damn good Cab Sauv. In the picture bellow, I am behind the Joseph Phelps winery sipping a glass …

As for ROSE, if you live in the Napa Valley – I would go to “V. Sattui” winery. They do not distribute except at the winery. They have a white merlot for $7 a bottle there that is amazing. (White merlot is a rose). I would buy a case or maybe even two. That stuff goes down easy.

The other Rose in the Napa would be at Castello Di Amorosa. It is the “FANTASIA” wine. Also a rose, very good wine. Women will love the shit out of it.

If you are not in the Napa and are just going to the local wine store..

I recommend “White Merlot” for rose’s instead of “white zinfandel”. They are simply more fruity and flavorful. Ask around for help if you can’t find one by yourself.

Let’s explore the women that cause all these bad breakups. I bet 9 out 10 times, this girl is a crazy bitch. More likely than not, she has a personality disorder. More specifically a cluster B disorder. There are 4 types: anti-social, borderline, narcissistic, and histrionic. Now since we are talking about women, we can leave out anti-social and narcissistic disorders since men mostly comprise these groups. In fact, I’m sure many players have traits of the narcissist.

That leaves us with the borderline and histrionic disorders. These disorders are far more common in women, and so they are the crazy bitches I am talking about.

The histrionic female. Now she isn’t exactly a crazy bitch, but she does have the capacity to do a great deal of emotional harm. She is the freak, the attention whore, the drama queen. She will always seek attention from men, and in fact will rarely have female friends. Her “friends” will generally be male admirers. Usually these women are very attractive, though I have seen disgustingly obese histrionic women. You can thank chicken wings and chocolate ice cream. This is the girl that breaks the hearts of the nice guys. For a player, she is child’s play. Histrionics are gullible and easily influenced, making them easy prey. The trick is to never show them too much attention. Once you do, she will hold you in contempt and place you in her harem of  weakling worshipers.

Histrionics come from a reasonably pleasant background. She is basically a spoiled brat who was rarely if ever criticized or punished as a child. This is combined with a lack of attention from one or both of her parents. Her childhood environment creates a burning desire for approval, and she must be the center of attention at all times. She tends to have good social skills and may even seem to be genuinely caring. Do not be fooled, like all cluster b types, she is incapable of empathy. She feels no remorse for the crushed emotions of the men who have fallen in love with her.

The borderline female. She is truly the crazy bitch and far more dangerous than the histrionic. In fact, she can even harm a player if he is not careful. These terribly damaged creatures are masters of the bait and switch. In the beginning, she appears as the perfect woman. She is the sweetest, most feminine girl you ever met. In time, she shows her true self, a vile beast. Once she unveils her mask, you find a sad woman who finds pleasure in causing pain in the men in her life. Unlike the histrionic female who just doesn’t care, the borderline female enjoys it and relishes in her cruelty.

A borderline sees everything in black and white. You are either the most wonderful man in the world or evil incarnate. She has the ability to divide people around her, turning people against you. A childhood of terrible physical and or sexual abuse is shared by borderline women. Her parents had no love for her, even to the point of abandonment. This fuels an intense fear of abandonment in the borderline. Many borderlines have no impulse control and engage in casual sex, binge eating, drug use, excessive drinking, and reckless driving. They have a death wish, and many attempt suicide with scars on their arms as proof. Others find sociopath boyfriends/husbands to take care of that wish, if the brutes fail, the borderlines are happy to send them away to prison. She is the kind that would find intense pleasure in 2 men fighting to the death over her.

Her most obvious trait is her anger. She contains a virulent anger within her. In fact, this is the best way to spot a borderline. Make a vanilla joke about her, something light and not hurtful. If she reacts with rage, then you have a very good sign. If she also happens to be the perfect girl, well genius, you have a borderline

It is best you avoid this creature, she will bring you nothing but grief. In my own experience, I did not find out what she was until it was too late. The terrible abuse she suffered, the rape when she was 18 were big warning flags, but I was not told about this until I was emotionally invested in her. She even tried to manipulate me into killing her ex-husband, yes what a dangerous creature. This is the kind of woman that will get you killed. I had a head full of jet black hair, after I broke up with her for the last time, gray hairs sprouted all over the sides of my head. I pride myself in being a strong man with a will of iron. My addiction to her was stronger than any drug I consumed. I don’t drink much, I tried other drugs and never did them again. No I never got addicted to a chemical drug, but I was addicted to her. The powerful emotions that occur when you’re with a borderline woman imprison you with ferocity. It took me a long time to heal the damage.

The law of attraction is a powerful force. After the last breakup, I attracted other borderline women into my life. In fact, the next girl I went out with was another borderline. Fortunately, that did not last long. 3 of my personal training clients were borderline females. Once I realized what the law of attraction was, I figured out what was happening. I had still wanted my ex and I was attracting women like her into my life. Once I wanted nothing to do with her, it stopped. Those clients stopped training with me. In fact, my ex tried to contact me again through my business website. When she found out how disgusted I was with her, it ended. The game was over.
